This had me LOLing a lot at the beginning. I think I saw Kyle Gass, Wilford Brimley, Murray Hewitt (from Flight of the Conchords), and a few Golden Girls, but maybe that was just me. I liked it quite a bit from the beginning, but I felt it got slow toward the end, particularly when the dog sings Dixie in some foreign French-type language.

Anyway, I think I get the plot for those who don't quite understand. It's a dream. It's a bunch of stuff that happened. They aren't related by linear logic, but by vague categorical, semantic relations. If you can explain all the symbolism in depth, you are probably a crazy person.

The one gripe I have is that the dude Gus slices looks more like Walt's brother-in-law than Victor (the guy who was really killed in this scene.) I love the style otherwise; great portraits of the rest of the cast.

Fuck yes, thank you sir! This flowed more epically than the first three combined. Especially loved the balls on what's-her-face's machine gun.

Like everyone, dig the simple yet badass style. I loved the ending too: the two guys and their cellmate chilling on the sofa, and the newscaster saying: "Two of them murderers, one of them rapist." They really learned to love each other over that long winter, huh?

Fucking epic

You have won Madness Day. Congratulations!

Love how the scientist is about the biggest badass in the movie. That was kind of different. Also, there was a plot. That is pretty unique today as well.

Visual novelty, philosophy, sound

Great thing here, mainly like the philosophy of it, not to say the animation isn't nice. I've found this Tom script on the web, read the whole thing already. Just the final scene is a bit tantalizing to watch on here, got me interested, highlights the weirdness of a man talking to a lamp, a TV, and his libido. I like the way you did the libido, by the way, this evil snake, kind of reminds me of H. Great voice acting for Libido. But this might be even better with the other scenes included, the whole battle between a drive to lose virginity and conform and meet everyone else's standards, and caring about the problems others have in the world without giving up on your own life, and generally learning to give a shit about the right things. I've dealt with similar ideas, even recently, and I'm sure everyone has, but the timing of finding it here was pretty cool. I'd like to see you animate the other scenes, because I couldn't tell if you had. If you are the one that wrote that script, then is the rest in live action?

thanks for the review. im happy that you took some time into learning more about the animation. i appreciate it.

we did not write the script. i put the director in the credits. and yes, the rest of the scenes are in the play. they will not be animated.. this scene was animated because it is located inside the main characters dreams,

Goosebumps.

The writing gave me some chills. "Laying here in a pool of my own irony." Just top notch. Great acting, too. It was a little annoying to hear the static from the mic come and go, but I understand that's hard to get rid of. The art and animation was mostly great, especially when Larry's in outer space and flying towards the Sun. But Larry's face doesn't seem right for his badass voice.

Briliant stuff

About the funniest flash I've seen in a month, maybe. I don't know. But it was good shit. Sort of a collection of several one-off gags combined into a single flash, which is surprisingly efficient and awesome. Some great metal in there, too. But forget about all that stuff. You managed to combine Moby Dick, Dr. Strangelove, and Donnie Darko into a single scene, and that takes class.

Perfect.

Absolutely everything was superb, as nearly everyone else already noted. The music was great. The animation was superlative. Art and design of all this is clearly from a master. But I think what really makes it stand out, above all else, is the voice acting. It was the most energetic and professional voice acting I think I've even ever heard on the Internet, period. Excellent performance from the robot janitor. But really, everything had that professional polish, meshing into a perfect gestalt.

I like stuff. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

the fanciest one

never again
